RESTAURANT: Au Gré du Vent chez Ruffus
From February 29 2024, we will welcome the team of Stéphanie Thunus and Sébastien Guchet for two months.
Their restaurant, Au Gré du Vent, one star in the Michelin guide and 16/20 in Gault & Millau, will undergo a major renovation, forcing the owners to move during the work.
Open from Thursday to Sunday, noon and evening.

GUIDED TOURS AND TASTINGS
2 POSSIBILITIES OF VISITING THE ESTATE
- Private tours for a group of minimum 20 people
It is possible to take a guided tour of the estate in a group of 20 people or more, by making an appointment, from Monday to Saturday morning. The tours take a bit more than an hour, plus half an hour for the tasting.
Price: 10€ per person with the tasting of 2 flutes (Ruffus Chardonnay Brut and Brut Sauvage), 15€ per person with a tasting of the three cuvées (Brut Rosé in addition).

EDUCATIONAL FREE VISIT
Only available from May to September.
Through this circuit, the visitor will discover the history of Ruffus and how these wonderful bubbles are made.
We have imagined a shorter route and a longer route, so any kind of walkers might follow the paths.

TEAMBUILDINGS AND COMPANY EVENTS
It is possible to privatize the property, from Monday to Friday, for a professional reception or event.
We put at your disposal the entire winery, which includes a tasting room, a conference room and the terrace (only from April to September). Likewise, if you need it, we can provide you with material for your presentations: furniture, projector, projection screen, microphone…
In addition, we have a catering service at your disposal, with different formulas adapted to all types of events.

JUNE DISCOVERY WEEKENDS
During the four weekends of June, a free didactic route among the vines allows you to discover our estate. A bar is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and light meals are available from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy the views and contact with the flora and fauna surrounding the vineyard. The didactic route has two paths: the first, short, and easy; and the second, 2 km long.
SUMMER TERRACE
In July and August, the winery bar and terrace opens during the evening, from Thursday to Sunday. Enjoy a glass of Ruffus, dance with your friends, and let yourself be carried away by the beauty of the landscape.

CHRISTMAS MARKET
During the last weekend of November and the first weekend of December, a local artisans’ market takes place in a heated tent along the vines. As well as Ruffus cuvées, you might also enjoy hot wine or Glühwein, together with caviar, special craft beers, Belgian spirits, or local charcuterie and cheeses, in a warm atmosphere.
Bring family and friends, and let yourself be carried away by the Christmas atmosphere.
